1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Site or place an order. Our products are sold on a business-to-business basis to brands, manufacturers, formulators, and other commercial buyers. By using the Site you represent that you are 21+ and, where you purchase, that you are doing so for lawful commercial purposes. We may use third-party age-verification services and may require an adult (21+) signature on delivery.

2. Products & Disclaimers

• What we sell: cannabis-derived terpene ingredients, aromatic flavor and fragrance compounds containing 0% THC and 0% CBD, supplied to manufacturers and formulators as inputs, not as finished consumer products.
• FDA notice: the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated statements regarding these products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Buyer responsibility: you are responsible for testing, formulating, labeling, and ensuring your finished products comply with all applicable laws and regulations for your market and product category.
• Documentation: COA and SDS are available on request; always review batch-specific documentation before production use.

3. Orders, Quotes & Pricing

Quotes, samples, and pricing are provided for business customers and may depend on strain availability, volume, packaging, and current inventory. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where we suspect the order violates these Terms or applicable law. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice; applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout or on your invoice.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote, invoice, or at checkout and must be satisfied before orders ship unless otherwise agreed in writing. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

5. Intellectual Property

Terplandia and our logos are trademarks of Redway Marketing LLC. All Site content, including text, strain and profile descriptions, images, and graphics, is protected by U.S. copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Shipping & Location Restrictions

We comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and do not ship to jurisdictions that restrict the relevant product. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that purchase, possession, and use are lawful at the destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are solely responsible for determining a product's suitability for your intended use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terplandia and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terplandia from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your products incorporating our ingredients, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property matters in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
